Flat Rate Travel Arrangements
The following fees include airfare, all meals to and from the venue, all meals at the venue, gratuities, and ground transportation.
Hotel room and tax charges will be billed to your master account.
United States and Canada:
Outside of U.S. and Canada:

Will include business class or first class airfare, plus expenses.

Additional Terms
These are the basic terms of the Speaking Agreement:
- A 50% deposit is requested at time of booking.
- There is a complete refund of all deposits if the speaker cancels for any reason
(this has never happened). - All material presented is the intellectual property of Great Little Book Publishing Co., Inc. or the speaker.
